General Licensing Statement
Under no circumstances should the files you purchase be transferred to another person. You may not share, transfer, e-mail, or send the files you purchase to someone else for their use. You may not rename the files and sell as your own. You may not convert to another file type and re-sell the digital good. All rights to files, lettering, and designs remain with the designer, Megan Walker.
My file won't open. What should I do?
Most of the time the answer to this is that you need to "unzip" the .zip file you downloaded. (ALL downloads are provided as a zip file, as required by Etsy.)
You'll need to unzip/decompress the folder first to access all files inside it.
MAC USERS: Double-click on the .zip file and it will automatically unzip for you
PC USERS: Right click on the .zip file and click "Extract All"
I have an error with my program/machine. Can you help?
I do my very best to help my customers with any issue they may come across. However, I can't offer support for the software or machine you use. When purchasing my files you do so with this understanding.
The best suggestion I can offer is to reach out to the manufacturer of your machine and related software to troubleshoot any issues.

Every file you buy comes with an unlimited commercial license that allows you to use the design on physical items that YOU yourself make and sell.
